How Can I Print Party Booking Information?

Party Registration Forms can be generated directly from the PARTIES page in the Office Portal. These printable forms provide staff with key party booking details, including the party date and time, responsible party, person of honor, contact information, package, station, host, prepaid guest count, and notes.

Overview

The PARTIES page allows staff to locate scheduled party bookings and print Party Registration Forms for one or more parties. These forms can be used as quick reference sheets for front desk staff, party hosts, instructors, or other team members who need booking details before or during an event.

When printed, the Party Registration Form may include details such as:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Name of responsible party
  • Person of honor
  • Age
  • Gender
  • Contact phone
  • Contact email
  • Number of prepaid guests
  • Party package
  • Station
  • Party host
  • Notes

Accessing the Feature

  1. From the main navigation menu, go to PARTIES.
  2. Use the available filters or search tools to locate the party booking or bookings you want to print.
  3. Confirm that the correct party booking or bookings appear in the results list.

  4. Enable the checkbox next to each party you want to include.

  6. Review the generated PDF.
  7. Use your browser’s print controls to send the PDF to a physical printer or virtual printer.

Filter and Search Options

  • Party selection checkboxes: Use the checkbox next to each party to choose which booking or bookings to include.
    • A party must be selected before it can be included in the printed output.
    • Multiple parties can be selected when more than one Party Registration Form needs to be printed.

  • Why does the party I need not appear on the PARTIES page?
    • Check the Date filter first. The party may be scheduled for a different date than the one currently selected. You can also use the Search field to locate a specific party booking.

    • Yes. Enable the checkbox next to each party you want to include, then select the Print icon from the Quick Tools bar.
