What Are Punch Passes?

Punch Passes in iClassPro allow families to pre-purchase a set number of visits that can be redeemed through the Check-In Kiosk, Customer Portal, or Office Portal. Each redemption creates a Single-Day enrollment and reduces the remaining balance on the Pass.

Overview

iClassPro’s Punch Pass system allows families to buy a Pass that grants a specific number of visits to your facility. These Passes can be redeemed through several methods depending on how your business has configured access:

  • Check-In Kiosk – Customers can redeem visits directly during check-in.
  • Customer Portal – If enabled, customers can redeem visits online when enrolling.
  • Office Portal – Staff can redeem visits manually for customers.

When creating a Punch Pass, administrators designate it as either:

  • A Family Punch Pass – redeemable by any student linked to the purchasing family.
  • A Student Punch Pass – redeemable only by a specific student.

Redeeming a Punch Pass automatically:

  • Creates a Single-Day enrollment in the selected class.
  • Decreases the remaining number of passes available.

Administrators can suspend or delete a Punch Pass when needed:

  • Suspending temporarily prevents use but allows reactivation later.
  • Deleting permanently removes the Pass from the system.

  • Why can’t I redeem a Punch Pass?
    • The Pass may be suspended, expired, or fully used. Check the Pass status under the family or student record in the Office Portal.
  • Can a suspended Punch Pass be reactivated?
    • Yes. Suspended Passes can be unsuspended at any time to restore redemption capability.
  • What happens when a Punch Pass is deleted?
    • Deleting removes the Pass permanently from the system and cannot be undone.
