The EVENTS page allows staff members to view, manage, and take action on events in iClassPro. From this page, staff members can edit event details, manage enrollments, record attendance, review occupancy, complete evaluations, and access related QuickTools.
Overview
The EVENTS page provides a central location for managing event-related workflows in iClassPro. Staff members can use this page to review event information, access enrollment details, and complete common event management tasks.
The EVENTS page supports many event-related functions, including:
- Creating Events
- Canceling Events
- Recording or editing attendance
- Recording or editing skill evaluations
- Sending email blasts
Accessing the Feature
- From the navigation bar at the top of the screen, select the Events icon.
- The System opens the EVENTS page.
Step-by-Step Instructions
What Information is displayed on the EVENTS page?
The EVENTS page displays the following information is displayed (sorted alphabetically by Event name):
- Event Name - Name of the Event
- Event Dates - the Event Dates as defined on the Event Details page.
- Instructors - Instructor(s) attached to the Event
Which Filters are available?
What actions can be performed from the EVENTS page?
To the left of each Event are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Event.
- Pencil/Edit icon - allows you to edit Event details.
- Enrollments - allows you to view and edit enrollments in the event.
- To the left of each Event enrollment are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Event enrollment:
- Edit Enrollment - allows you to edit the details of the selected Event enrollment.
- Delete Enrollment - Allows you to completely delete the selected Event enrollment. (NOTE: deleting an enrollment removes all history of the enrollment, including any notes or recorded attendance. DELETED ENROLLMENTS CANNOT EASILY BE RESTORED and may incur a cost.)
- NOTE: To preserve the integrity of tuition charges and their association with specific enrollments, the system will not allow you to delete any enrollment that has ledger charges associated with it. The charge(s) will need to be deleted from the ledger before the enrollment can be deleted; at which point charges linked to the new enrollment (if any) can be created to replace them.
- Edit Student - launches the Student Details window.
- Edit Family - launches the Family Details window.
- To the left of each Event enrollment are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Event enrollment:
- Calendar - switches to the CALENDAR page showing only the selected Event. (NOTE: the calendar page defaults to the current date. If the start date of the event is in the future, you will need to adjust the “Current Date” of the CALENDAR page to view the event.)
- Event Attendance - Allows you to view, record or edit attendance for the event over a specified date range.
- NOTE: The date range is limited to three months at a time.

- Event Occupancy - displays occupancy for each day within the Event Dates. This is especially useful if you have the option to “Allow Parents To Choose Event Blocks” enabled on the event, as the occupancy may be different for each day.
- Event Evaluations - allows you to view, record, or edit skill evaluations for the Event.

Why can’t I see a future event on the CALENDAR page?
- The CALENDAR page defaults to the current date. Adjust the Current Date on the CALENDAR page to view an event with a future start date.

Why can’t I delete an event enrollment?
- The System will not allow staff members to delete an enrollment if it has ledger charges associated with it. Delete the associated ledger charges first, then delete the enrollment.

- Deleting an event enrollment removes all history for that enrollment, including any notes and recorded attendance.
