IN BRIEF
The CAMPS page includes filters that help narrow the list of camps shown in iClassPro. These filters make it easier to find camps by status, start time, active period, program, instructor, keyword, or camp type when reviewing camps, sending Email Blasts, or generating evaluation reports.
Overview
The CAMPS page filters help staff quickly locate specific camps or groups of camps. Staff can use these filters to review camps at a glance, identify camps connected to specific programs or camp types, narrow results before sending Email Blasts, or generate evaluation reports for a targeted group of camps.
Each filter limits the camp list based on selected criteria. Staff can use one filter at a time or combine multiple filters to create a more specific list of results.
Using Multiple Filters
- Apply multiple filters together to narrow the SKILLS page results more precisely.
- Clear filters when finished to avoid unintentionally limiting future results.
When to reset filters
Reset filters after reviewing a specific group of results so future Calendar searches do not remain limited by previous selections.
To clear filters:
- Select RESET FILTERS.
- Press ESC on your keyboard.
Using Smart Filters
Commonly used page filter settings can be saved as Smart Filters. Smart filters are created on a per-user basis, so each staff member can have their own set of commonly used filters.
Accessing the Feature

Troubleshooting & FAQs
-
Why do some start time options not appear in the All Start Times filter?
- The System only shows start time options when at least one camp meets that time criteria. If no camps start during a specific half-hour time frame, that time frame will not appear.
-
Why does the All Active Periods filter default to Current and Future Active?
- This default helps staff focus on camps that are currently active or will be active in the future, based on the current date.
-
How do I clear the filters after reviewing a filtered camp list?
- Select RESET FILTERS or press the ESC key on your keyboard.
-
Can I use more than one filter at a time?
- Yes. Select multiple filters to narrow the camp list by several criteria, such as status, program, instructor, and camp type.
