What is the CAMPS page?
The “Camps” page allows you to perform many camp-related functions, including:
- Creating Camps
- Canceling Camps
- Record or Edit Attendance
- Record or Edit Skill Evaluations
- Sending Email Blasts
To access the “Camps” page, click the “Camps” icon in the navigation bar at the top of the screen:
What Information is displayed on the CAMPS page?
The CAMPS page displays the following information is displayed (sorted alphabetically by Camp name):
- Camp Name - Name of the Camp
- Camp Dates - the Camp Dates as defined on the Camp Details page.
- Instructors - Instructor(s) attached to the Camp
Which Filters are available?
What actions can be performed from the CAMPS page?
To the left of each Camp are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Camp.
- Pencil/Edit icon - allows you to edit Camp details.
- Enrollments - allows you to view and edit enrollments in the camp.
- To the left of each Camp enrollment are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Camp enrollment:
- Edit Enrollment - allows you to edit details of the selected Camp enrollment.
- Delete Enrollment - Allows you to completely delete the selected Camp enrollment. (NOTE: deleting an enrollment removes all history of the enrollment, including any notes or recorded attendance. DELETED ENROLLMENTS CANNOT EASILY BE RESTORED and may incur a cost.)
- Edit Student - launches the Student Details window.
- Edit Family - launches the Family Details window.
- To the left of each Camp enrollment are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Camp enrollment:
- Calendar - switches to the CALENDAR page showing only the selected Camp. (NOTE: the calendar page defaults to the current date. If the start date of the camp is in the future, you will need to adjust the “Current Date” of the CALENDAR page to view the camp.)
- Camp Attendance - Allows you to view, record or edit attendance for the camp over a specified date range.
- NOTE: The date range is limited to three months at a time.

- Camp Occupancy - displays occupancy for each day within the Camp Dates. This is especially useful if you have the option to “Allow Parents To Choose Days” option enabled on the camp, as the occupancy may be different for each day.
- Camp Evaluations - allows you to view, record, or edit skill evaluations for the Camp.
