The CAMPS page allows staff members to view, manage, and take action on camps in iClassPro. From this page, staff members can edit camp details, manage enrollments, record attendance, review occupancy, complete evaluations, and access related QuickTools.
Overview
The CAMPS page provides a central location for managing camp-related workflows in iClassPro. Staff members can use this page to review camp information, access enrollment details, and complete common camp management tasks.
The CAMPS page supports many camp-related functions, including:
- Creating Camps
- Canceling Camps
- Recording or editing attendance
- Recording or editing skill evaluations
- Sending email blasts
Accessing the Feature
- From the navigation bar at the top of the screen, select the Camps icon.
- The System opens the CAMPS page.
Step-by-Step Instructions
What Information is displayed on the CAMPS page?
The CAMPS page displays the following information is displayed (sorted alphabetically by Camp name):
- Camp Name - Name of the Camp
- Camp Dates - the Camp Dates as defined on the Camp Details page.
- Instructors - Instructor(s) attached to the Camp
Which Filters are available?
What actions can be performed from the CAMPS page?
To the left of each Camp are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Camp.
- Pencil/Edit icon - allows you to edit Camp details.
- Enrollments - allows you to view and edit enrollments in the camp.
- To the left of each Camp enrollment are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Camp enrollment:
- Edit Enrollment - allows you to edit the details of the selected Camp enrollment.
- Delete Enrollment - Allows you to completely delete the selected Camp enrollment. (NOTE: deleting an enrollment removes all history of the enrollment, including any notes or recorded attendance. DELETED ENROLLMENTS CANNOT EASILY BE RESTORED and may incur a cost.)
- NOTE: To preserve the integrity of tuition charges and their association with specific enrollments, the system will not allow you to delete any enrollment that has ledger charges associated with it. The charge(s) will need to be deleted from the ledger before the enrollment can be deleted; at which point charges linked to the new enrollment (if any) can be created to replace them.
- Edit Student - launches the Student Details window.
- Edit Family - launches the Family Details window.
- To the left of each Camp enrollment are various “Action” icons. Clicking on an icon will present you with options to perform specific tasks related to the Camp enrollment:
- Calendar - switches to the CALENDAR page showing only the selected Camp. (NOTE: the calendar page defaults to the current date. If the start date of the camp is in the future, you will need to adjust the “Current Date” of the CALENDAR page to view the camp.)
- Camp Attendance - Allows you to view, record or edit attendance for the camp over a specified date range.
- NOTE: The date range is limited to three months at a time.

- Camp Occupancy - displays occupancy for each day within the Camp Dates. This is especially useful if you have the option to “Allow Parents To Choose Camp Blocks” enabled on the camp, as the occupancy may be different for each day.
- Camp Evaluations - allows you to view, record, or edit skill evaluations for the Camp.

Why can’t I see a future camp on the CALENDAR page?
- The CALENDAR page defaults to the current date. Adjust the Current Date on the CALENDAR page to view a camp with a future start date.

Why can’t I delete a camp enrollment?
- The System will not allow staff members to delete an enrollment if it has ledger charges associated with it. Delete the associated ledger charges first, then delete the enrollment.

- Deleting a camp enrollment removes all history for that enrollment, including any notes and recorded attendance.
