The Camp List Report (CAM-1) provides a list of camps in the database, including camp details, registration settings, enrollment totals, openings, and Wait List counts. Administrators can use this report to review camp setup information, confirm enrollment availability, and export camp details in multiple formats.
Overview
The Camp List Report is a list of camps in the database. The report includes details about each camp, such as the camp name, program, zone, gender requirements, camp dates, registration dates, web registration settings, signup amounts, enrollment limits, active enrollment totals, openings, and Wait List enrollments.
The report also includes summary totals for the camps shown in the results, including:
- Total number of camps
- Average camp size, based on active enrollments
- Total number of enrollments across all camps included in the report
Chosen filters related to enrollments produce results based on the Start Date and End Date selected when generating the report.
Key Report Details
The Camp List Report can include the following information:
- Camp name
- Program
- Zone
- Gender requirements
- Camp start date
- Camp end date
- Registration start date
- Registration end date
- Whether web registration is allowed
- Amount due at signup
- Maximum allowed number of enrollments
- Number of active enrollments
- Number of openings
- Number of Wait List enrollments
- Total number of camps
- Average camp size, based on active enrollments
- Total number of enrollments in all camps shown on the report
Using Preset Filters
If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can save those selections as Preset Filters. After saving a Preset Filter, you can load it when opening the report page, set your date range, and generate the report in your preferred format.

Accessing the Report
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Select Camp List Report (CAM-1) from the list of available reports.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Select Camp List Report (CAM-1).
- Set the Start Date and End Date for the report.
- Select any additional filters needed to limit the report results.
- Choose the preferred report format.
- Generate the report.
General Filters
- Start Date/End Date: Use Start Date and End Date to limit the report to camps that are active within the selected date range, based on the camp start date.

Camp Status: Use Camp Status to limit the report based on whether camps are currently active or inactive.
- Active: Limits the report to camps currently marked “Active.”
- Inactive: Limits the report to camps currently marked “Inactive.”
- Locations: Use Locations to limit the report to camps connected with the selected Location or Locations.
Camp Filters
- Day of Week: Use Day of Week to limit the report to camps that meet on the selected day or days of the week.

Program: Use Program to limit the report to camps associated with the selected Program or Programs.
- Leaving this filter blank includes all camps.

Zone: Use Zone to limit the report to camps assigned to the selected Zone or Zones.
- Leaving this filter blank includes all camps.

Instructors: Use Instructors to limit the report to camps assigned to the selected Instructor or Instructors.
- Leaving this filter blank includes all camps.
- Entries will not be included on the final report for any selected instructor or staff member who was not associated with the specified enrollments, events, or other relevant records during the selected date or date range.
- If an instructor was deleted after the report start date, the results will include relevant entries for the instructor on the date or dates before they were deleted.
- If an instructor was created or attached to an event after the report end date, the instructor will not be included in the results.

Camp Type: Use Camp Type to limit the report to camps associated with the selected Camp Type or Camp Types.
- Leaving this filter blank includes all camps.

Keywords: Use Keywords to limit the report to camps associated with the selected Camp Keyword or Camp Keywords.
- Leaving this filter blank includes all camps.

Level: Use Level to limit the report to camps assigned to the selected Level or Levels.
- Leaving this filter blank includes all camps.

Choose Camps: Use Choose Camps to limit the report to one or more selected camps.
- Leaving this filter blank includes all camps.
Display Options
Use display options to control the layout, included results, and sorting order for the Camp List Report.
- Landscape: Enable Landscape to generate the report in landscape orientation instead of portrait orientation.

Only Display Camps with Active Enrollments: Enable Only Display Camps with Active Enrollments to show only camps that have active enrollments.
- Camps without active enrollments within the selected time frame will not appear in the report results.

Sorting Options: Use Sorting Options to change how camps are sorted in the report.
- By default, camps are sorted by start date.
- Available sorting options include:
- Start Date
- End Date
- Camp Name
- Program Name
- Registration Start Date
- Registration End Date
Generating the Report
- Select your desired export format (such as HTML, PDF, XLS, or CSV) at the bottom of the report window.
- The System will immediately generate the report in the selected format.
Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why are some camps not showing on the report?
- Confirm that the camp falls within the selected Start Date and End Date, based on the camp start date. Also review the selected filters, including Camp Status, Locations, Program, Zone, Camp Type, Keywords, Level, and Choose Camps.

Why are camps without enrollments missing from the report?
- If Only Display Camps with Active Enrollments is enabled, the report only shows camps with active enrollments during the selected time frame. Disable this option to include camps without active enrollments.

Why is an instructor not included in the report results?
- The selected instructor or staff member must be associated with the specified enrollments, events, or other relevant records during the selected date or date range. If the instructor was created or attached to an event after the report end date, they will not be included in the results.

Why does a deleted instructor still appear in the report?
- If an instructor was deleted after the report start date, the report can still include relevant entries for the instructor on the date or dates before they were deleted.

Can commonly used report filters be saved?
- Yes. If the same filters are commonly used, save them as Presets. The next time the report is opened, load the Preset Filter, set the date range, and generate the report in the preferred format.
