What is the Staff Mailing Labels Report?

The Staff Mailing Labels report generates mailing labels for the staff members in your database. Labels are preformatted for Avery 8160 labels (1” x 2-5/8” rectangular labels on an 8-1/2” x 11” sheet, 30 per page).

NOTE: This report refers to permanently assigned instructors only.

If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can now save them as Presets! Simply load a Preset Filter whenever you open the report page, set your date range and click to generate the report in your preferred format. See our "Preset Filters for Reports" document for more information.

Available Filters

General Filters

  • START HIRE DATE/END HIRE DATE: allows you to limit results to include only Staff members who have a hire date within the specified date range.
  • START RELEASE DATE/END RELEASE DATE: allows you to limit results to include only Staff members who have a release date within the specified date range.
  • STATUS: allows you to limit results to include only Staff members whose profiles are set to the selected status:
    • Active - limits results to include only Staff members whose profiles are set to “Active.”
    • Inactive - limits results to include only Staff members whose profiles are set to “Inactive.”
  • CHOOSE CLASS KEYWORDS – selecting one or more specific Class Keyword(s) will limit the results only to Staff members assigned as Instructors to Classes with the selected Class Keyword(s) assigned. (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)
  • CHOOSE STAFF KEYWORD: selecting one or more specific Staff Keyword(s) will limit the results only to Staff members with the selected Staff Keyword(s) assigned. (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)
  • CHOOSE STAFF ROLE: selecting one or more specific Staff Role(s) will limit the results only to Staff members with the selected default Staff Role(s) assigned. (Leaving this filter blank will include all Staff members that meet other defined criteria.)

Display Filters

  • SORT ORDER:
    • Postal Code – orders the labels in numerical order by Postal/Zip Code
    • Staff Name – orders the labels alphabetically by the Staff name (Last Name, First Name sort order). This is the default sort order.
