This report is useful when reviewing staff time clock corrections, confirming adjustment approval status, or auditing comments included with adjustment requests.

The Time Clock Adjustments Report (STA-7) lists individual adjustment entries. The report includes the following information for each adjustment entry:

  • Date Created: The date the adjustment was created.
  • Staff Member: The staff member whose time was adjusted.
  • Created By: The staff member who created the adjustment request.
  • Status: Indicates whether the adjustment was approved.
  • Type: The type of adjustment, such as a new entry or original clock-in adjustment.

  3. Use Instructor to limit the report to a specific instructor, if needed.
  4. Use Locations to limit the report to selected Location or Locations.
  5. Select the preferred report format
  6. Generate the report.

General Filters

Use the report filters to control which time clock adjustment entries are included in the results.

  • Start Date/End Date: Use Start Date/End Date to limit the report to time clock adjustment entries that fall within the selected date range.
    • The System only reflects time clock adjustment entries that fall within these days.
  • Instructor: Use Instructor to limit the report to time clock adjustment entries for a specific instructor.
    • If an instructor was deleted after the report Start Date, the results include relevant entries for the instructor for the date or dates before they were deleted.
    • If an instructor was created or attached to an event after the report End Date, the instructor is not included in the results.
  • Locations: Use Locations to limit the report to time clock adjustment entries associated with the selected Location or Locations.
    • The System only includes time clock adjustment entries associated with the selected Location or Locations in the results.

Generating the Report

  • Select your desired export format (such as HTML, PDF, XLS, or CSV) at the bottom of the report window.
  • The System will immediately generate the report in the selected format.

  • Why is a deleted instructor still appearing in the report?
    • If the instructor was deleted after the report Start Date, the report includes relevant adjustment entries for that instructor for the date or dates before they were deleted.
  • Why is a newly created instructor missing from the report?
    • If the instructor was created or attached to an event after the report End Date, the instructor is not included in the report results.
  • Why are some time clock adjustments missing from the report?
    • Review the Start Date/End Date, Instructor, and Locations filters. The report only includes adjustment entries that match the selected filter criteria.
  • Which format should I use if I need to sort or review the report data in a spreadsheet?
    • Use XLS or CSV if you need to sort, filter, or review the report data in spreadsheet software.
  • What does "Acknowledged" mean on the report?
    • Acknowledged indicates whether the staff member acknowledged the adjustment after it was processed.
