The Time Clock feature allows employees to record work hours directly within the System. It tracks clock-in/clock-out activity, role information, and the assigned location. The feature also supports exporting time data to several payroll solutions, including ADP, QuickBooks, Express Payroll Services, and generic CSV formats.
Overview
The Time Clock feature enables employees to clock in and out conveniently through iClassPro. The System tracks:
- Total hours worked
- The employee’s role
- The assigned location for each clock entry
The Time Clock does not replace a full HR solution. However, it integrates with ADP and QuickBooks and supports exporting hours to CSV for payroll systems that accept imported time data.
Accessing the Feature
Employees may access the Time Clock through one of three interfaces:

Punch Pad
- Accessible to staff with permissions to sign in to the Office Portal.
- Allows employees to clock in/out from any location once signed in online.

Kiosk Mode
- Intended for facilities wanting to limit portal access.
- A staff member with appropriate permissions signs in, navigates to the Time Clock page, and enables kiosk mode.
- Once active, kiosk mode remains open for all employees to clock in/out using their PINs.
- Any attempt to leave the Time Clock page immediately logs the user out.

Staff Portal Time Clock
- Useful for instructors who also record attendance or perform skill evaluations.
- Staff sign in with their assigned username and password, then select “Time Clock”.
- Offers a streamlined interface dedicated to their scheduling and attendance responsibilities.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Using the Punch Pad
Accessible to staff with permissions to sign in to the Office Portal.
- Sign into the Office Portal.
- Navigate to the Time Clock page.
- Enter your PIN when prompted to clock in or out.
Using Kiosk Mode
- A staff member with appropriate permissions:
- Signs into the Office Portal
- Opens the Time Clock page
- Launches Kiosk Mode.
- Other employees will enter their PIN to clock in or out.
NOTE: Navigating away from the Time Clock entry screen closes Kiosk Mode and logs the user out automatically.
Using the Staff Portal Time Clock
- Staff log in with their username and password.
- Select “Time Clock” to access clock-in/clock-out options.
- Follow the prompts to clock in or out as needed.
