Which Filters Are Available for the STAFF Page?

Learn about the filtering options available from the STAFF page to help narrow your results when sending Email Blasts or internal messages, or just to see at a glance which staff members may be assigned as an instructor in particular programs/classes/camps or have certain keywords assigned.

After you have finished with a particular set of filters, be sure to click RESET FILTERS or press the ESC key on your keyboard to clear them. 

  • Staff Account Status - allows you to limit results based on the status of the Staff member's profile (Active/Inactive).
    • ALL - shows ALL Staff profiles, regardless of whether the status is marked Active or Inactive
    • ACTIVE - only shows Staff profiles where the status is marked as Active.
    • INACTIVE - only shows Staff profiles where the status is marked as Inactive.
  • Day of the week - only shows Staff members attached as instructors to classes that meet on the selected day(s) of the week.  If you do not select a specific day of the week, all Staff members will be shown.
  • All Classes - allows you to limit results only to Staff members attached as Instructors to the selected class(es).
  • All Programs - allows you to limit results only to Staff members attached as Instructors to classes with to the selected Program(s).
  • All Locations - allows you to limit results only to Staff members attached as Instructors to class at the selected Location(s).
  • All Keywords - allows you to limit results only to Staff members connected with the selected Staff keyword(s).
  • All User Groups - allows you to limit results only to Staff members assigned to the selected Staff User Group(s).
  • Is Admin - allows you to limit results only to Staff members who have been granted the "Admin Access (Full Permissions)" option.
  • Filter By Notes - allows you to limit results based on the status of notes attached to the Staff member's profile (Open/Closed), and the Priority Level of the note(s).
    • Note Status
      • ALL - shows ALL Staff profiles with notes attached, regardless of whether the status is marked Open or Closed.
      • OPEN - only shows Staff profiles with notes attached where the status is marked as Open.
      • CLOSED - only shows Staff profiles with notes attached where the status is marked as Closed.
    • Note Priority
      • Low - only shows Staff profiles with notes attached where the Priority Level is marked as Low.
      • Medium - only shows Staff profiles with notes attached where the Priority Level is marked as Medium.
      • Critical - only shows Staff profiles with notes attached where the Priority Level is marked as Critical.
