  • Note expected staff absences and assign substitutes

Accessing the Feature

  1. From the main navigation menu, select Staff in the top navigation bar.
  2. The Staff page will display a list of all staff members.

Understanding the Staff Page Layout

The Staff page displays key information for each staff member, including:

  • (*) Name – the staff member’s name
  • (*) Username – used to log into iClassPro and associated with audit logs
  • User Groups – assigned permission groups
  • (*) Phone Numbers – contact numbers for the staff member
  • (*) Email – associated email addresses

  • Columns marked with (*) above can be selected to sort the list
  • Default sorting is alphabetical by last name

  • Apply available filters to narrow results

Performing Actions on Staff Members

Each staff member has action icons located to the left of their name. These icons allow you to perform specific tasks:

  • Edit (pencil icon)
    • Modify staff member details
  • Classes/Camps/Appointments
    • View classes or camps where the staff member is assigned as an instructor
    • Displays class/camp name and schedule
  • Staff Notes
    • Create, view, or update notes related to the staff member
  • Audit Log
    • Open the staff member’s audit log to review activity history

  • When viewing class/camp/enrollment assignments, select the edit icon next to a specific class/camp/appointment to open the details dialog
  • Update class or camp information as needed

    • Verify that your user group permissions allow editing staff profiles.
  • Why are communication options unavailable?
    • Some communication features require configuration or enabled services (e.g., SMS or email settings).
