The Family Punch Pass Report (FAM-15) provides a list of family punch passes and their current usage status. Use this report to review issued punch passes, monitor redeemed and remaining punches, and identify expired, expended, suspended, or student punch passes when those options are included.

The Family Punch Pass Report lists family punch passes and provides details about each pass, including purchase details, usage totals, expiration status, and remaining punches.
Key Report Details
The report includes the following information:
- Primary guardian name
- Punch card pass name
- Punch card pass type
- Family
- Student
- Date issued
- Date expires
- Purchase price
- Maximum number of punches allowed
- Number of punches redeemed
- Number of punches remaining
- Expired status
- Y(es)
- N(o)
Default report behavior
By default, the report includes only active punch passes that still have remaining punches available. To include punch passes that are expired, fully used, suspended, or assigned to students, enable the appropriate Options filters before generating the report.
Using Preset Filters
If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can save them as Presets. Load a Preset Filter when you open the report page, set your date range, and generate the report in the preferred format.

Accessing the Report
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Locate and select Family Punch Pass Report (FAM-15).
Step-by-Step Instructions
General Filters

Issued Start Date/Issued End Date
- The System only includes punch passes issued within the selected date range.

Options
- Include Expired: Includes expired punch passes in the report results.
- Include Expended: Includes fully expended punch passes in the report results.
- Include Suspended: Includes suspended punch passes in the report results.

Include Student Punch Passes: Includes student punch passes in the report results.
- When enabled, the student name associated with the punch pass appears after the primary guardian name.

Programs
- Selecting one or more Programs limits the results to punch passes allowed for enrollments in the selected Program or Programs.

Choose Punch Pass
- Selecting one or more Punch Passes limits the results to only those selected passes.
Generating the Report
- Select your desired export format (such as HTML, PDF, XLS, or CSV) at the bottom of the report.
- The System will immediately generate the report in the selected format.

Why are expired punch passes missing from the report?
- Enable Include Expired before generating the report. By default, expired punch passes do not appear in the results.

- Enable Include Expended before generating the report. By default, fully expended punch passes do not appear in the results.

Why are suspended punch passes missing from the report?
- Enable Include Suspended before generating the report. By default, suspended punch passes do not appear in the results.

Why are student punch passes missing from the report?
- Enable Include Student Punch Passes before generating the report. When this option is enabled, the report also adds the associated student name after the primary guardian name.

Why are some punch passes excluded after selecting Programs?
- The Programs filter limits results to punch passes allowed to be redeemed for enrollments in the selected Program or Programs.
