The Instructor Schedule Conflict Report (STA-12) lists instructor scheduling conflicts within a specified date range. The report helps administrators identify when an instructor has overlapping assignments, so they can review and resolve potential scheduling issues before they affect classes, camps, or parties.
Key Report Details
The report includes the following information:
- Instructor
- Date assigned
- Start Time and End Time of the assigned class, camp, or party
- Class, Camp, or Party name
- Assignment type
- Permanent
- Substitute
The report groups results alphabetically by instructor name.
Using Preset Filters
If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can save them as Presets. Load a Preset Filter when you open the report page, set your date range, and generate the report in the preferred format.

Accessing the Report
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Locate the Instructor Schedule Conflict Report (STA-12).
- Select the report to open the report filters.
Step-by-Step Instructions
General filters
- Start Date/End Date: Use Start Date and End Date to limit results to staff members who have scheduling conflicts within the specified date range.
- Locations: Use Locations to limit results to staff members with a scheduling conflict in one or more classes associated with the selected Location or Locations.
Generating the Report
- Select your desired export format (such as HTML, PDF, XLS, or CSV) at the bottom of the report.
- The System will immediately generate the report in the selected format.

Why does an instructor not appear on the report?
- The instructor may not have had a scheduling conflict within the selected Start Date and End Date, or they may not have been associated with the specified enrollments, events, or other applicable records during the selected date range.

Why does a deleted instructor still appear on the report?
- If the instructor was deleted after the report’s Start Date, the System will include relevant entries for the instructor on the dates before they were deleted.

Why does a newly created instructor not appear on the report?
- If the instructor was created or attached to an event after the report’s End Date, the instructor will not appear in the report results.

Can I limit the report to one Location?
- Yes. Use the Locations filter to limit results to staff members with scheduling conflicts in classes associated with the selected Location or Locations.

Can I save commonly used report filters?
- Yes. Use Preset Filters to save commonly used filter selections, then load the Preset Filter the next time you run the report.
