Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Why am I only seeing active punch passes?
    • By default, the report only includes active punch passes with remaining punches. Enable options such as "Include Expired," "Include Expended," or "Include Suspended" to expand results.
  • Why are family punch passes not appearing?
    • Ensure that the "Include Family Punch Passes" option is enabled. Family-type passes will not display unless this option is selected.
  • Why are no results showing for my selected filters?
    • Verify your issued date range and filter selections. If the criteria are too narrow, the report may return no results.
  • Can I reuse the same filters each time I run the report?
    • Yes. Use Preset Filters to save your preferred filter combinations for quick access in the future.
