What is the Staff Phonebook Report?

The Staff Phonebook Report is a list of staff members in your database as of the day you generate the report, along with primary and secondary phone numbers and primary email address.

NOTE: This report refers to permanently assigned instructors only.

If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can now save them as Presets! Simply load a Preset Filter whenever you open the report page, set your date range and click to generate the report in your preferred format. See our "Preset Filters for Reports" document for more information.

Available Formats

The Staff Phonebook Report is available in either HTML, PDF, XLS or CSV format.

Available Filters

  • START HIRE DATE/END HIRE DATE
  • START RELEASE DATE/END RELEASE DATE
  • STATUS:
    • All – all staff members, regardless of active/inactive status
    • Active – only staff members whose account status is set to “Active”
    • Inactive – only staff members whose account status is set to “Inactive”
  • LOCATIONS: selecting one or more Location(s) will limit the report to only staff members who are assigned to classes or camps associated with the specified Location(s).
  • DAY OF WEEK: selecting one or more Day(s) of the Week will limit the report to only staff members who are assigned to classes or camps associated with the specified Day(s).
  • CHOOSE PROGRAM: selecting one or more Program(s) will limit the report to only staff members who are assigned to classes or camps associated with the specified Program(s).
  • CHOOSE LEVEL: selecting one or moreLevel(s) will limit the report to only staff members who are assigned to classes/camps associated with the specified Level(s).
  • CHOOSE STAFF KEYWORD: selecting one or more Staff Keyword(s) will limit the report to only staff members who have the specified Keyword(s) assigned.
  • CHOOSE STAFF ROLE: selecting one or more Staff Role(s) will limit the report to only staff members who have the specified Staff Role(s) assigned as their default Staff Role.
  • CHOOSE STAFF USER GROUP: selecting one or more Staff User Group(s) will limit the report to only staff members who are assigned to the specified User Group(s).
