Troubleshooting & FAQs
-
Why do my growth percentages seem higher or lower than expected?
- Growth is calculated as a percentage change between two quarters. Smaller starting values can result in larger percentage swings.
-
Why are some students not included in Student Growth?
- Only students with ACTIVE or SINGLE DAY enrollments within the selected quarter are included, and each student is counted once.
-
Why do I not see quarters from some years in the “Quarter” and “Vs” menus?
- The system is limited to pulling the past three years (36 months) worth of metrics for comparison (based on the current quarter).
-
What types of enrollments are included in these calculations?
- Only ACTIVE and SINGLE DAY enrollments are included. Other enrollment types are excluded from these metrics.
-
Does deleting historical data affect these metrics?
- Yes. Removing source data such as enrollments or payments will impact the accuracy of growth calculations.
-
Why does Revenue per Student differ from total revenue trends?
- Revenue per Student accounts for both total payments and total active students, which may change at different rates.
