What is the Bank Holiday Schedule?

IN BRIEF
The Bank Holiday Schedule lists Federal Reserve Bank holidays that may affect settlements and transfers for customers in the United States using iClassPro Payment Services. Since Federal Reserve Banks and Branches close on bank holidays, settlements that fall on those dates will settle the following business day before resuming the normal schedule.

Overview

The Bank Holiday Schedule helps businesses understand when Federal Reserve Bank holidays may delay settlements or transfers processed through iClassPro Payment Services.

When a scheduled settlement falls on a bank holiday, the System does not complete the settlement on that date. Instead, the settlement processes on the following business day. After that, settlements resume the normal schedule.

Important Note: This document only applies to customers in the United States who are using iClassPro Payment Services.
