Downloading/Installing the Staff Portal App

The iClassPro Staff Portal App is free to download on both iOS and Android devices.

Logging into the Staff Portal App

Entering your account name

When you open the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your account name.

  • The account name is the final part of your iClassPro Office Portal URL:
    • Example: if your Office Portal URL is https://app.iclasspro.com/a/accountname, enter only accountname.
  • After entering the account name, select Next to continue.

NOTE: The system will automatically remember this account and select it each time you launch the app. If you need to change the account later, see "How to Change Accounts."

Logging In

Use the email address associated with your staff account to log in.

There are three ways to log in:

  • Email & Password – If you need to set a password first:

    • Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen

    • Check your email and follow the link to verify your email and set your password

    • Log in using your email and password

  • Single Sign-On (SSO) – If it’s enabled, just use your normal work login.

    • Google or Microsoft Login – Choose the option that matches your email on the login screen.

If you’re not sure which option to use, check with your manager.

Optional setting:

  • Save Login – enables automatic sign-in each time you launch the app.

Important Notes

  • For security reasons, iClassPro does not recommend enabling Save Login on shared devices.
  • If Save Login is not enabled, the system will automatically log you out after one hour of inactivity.
    • “Activity” refers to any action that sends data to the server (e.g., selecting Submit, Save, or Create). Simply typing text into a field does not count as activity until you submit the data.

Upon successful login, the Staff Portal Dashboard will launch automatically.

Dashboard options typically include:

  • Attendance – manage class attendance.
  • Skill Tracking – view and record skill progress.
  • Time Clock – clock in and out for shifts.
  • My Schedule – view assigned classes and shifts.

Logging Out

To log out of the Staff Portal, open the User Panel in the upper-right corner and select Log Out. This returns you to the login screen.

How to Change Accounts

If you need to switch to a different account:

  1. Close the Staff Portal app completely.
  2. Press and hold the Staff Portal icon on your device.
  3. Choose one of the following options:
    1. iOS: Select Reset Account Name.
    2. Android: Select Clear Account.
  4. Re-launch the app and enter the new account name when prompted.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • What if I forget my password?
    • On the login screen, select Forgot Password? and follow the prompts to reset your password.
  • Why am I being logged out automatically?
    • The app logs out users after one hour of inactivity for security purposes. Selecting “Save Login” can prevent this, but should not be used on shared devices.
  • How do I know if I entered the correct account name?
    • Check that your business name appears correctly above the login fields. If it is incorrect, reset or clear your account name and re-enter it as shown in your iClassPro Office Portal URL.
