IN BRIEF
The SKILLS page includes filters that help staff narrow evaluation results when reviewing student progress, sending evaluation emails, or checking skill progression across programs, classes, and camps. These filters allow users to focus on specific evaluation email statuses, progression dates, skill tree selections, instructors, classes, camps, ratings, enrollment statuses, and last evaluation records.
Overview
The SKILLS page provides filtering options that help staff quickly locate specific student skill evaluations and progression records. These filters can help users identify which students have progressed in particular programs, classes, or camps, as well as determine which evaluation emails still need to be sent.
Filters can be combined to create more specific results. For example, a staff member may filter by a date range, instructor, class, and evaluation email status to identify students who recently completed evaluations but have not yet received an evaluation email.
Using Multiple Filters
- Apply multiple filters together to narrow the SKILLS page results more precisely.
- Clear filters when finished to avoid unintentionally limiting future results.
When to reset filters
Reset filters after reviewing a specific group of results so future Calendar searches do not remain limited by previous selections.
To clear filters:
- Select RESET FILTERS.
- Press ESC on your keyboard.
Using Smart Filters
Commonly used page filter settings can be saved as Smart Filters. Smart filters are created on a per-user basis, so each staff member can have their own set of commonly used filters.
