Who should use QuickBooks Exports?
The file generated when the export file type “QuickBooks” is used is specifically designed to map to Intuit QuickBooks Online.
The actual import process will involve the use of a third party import tool such as Transaction Pro Importer or another 3rd party solution. Contact a rep at Intuit QuickBooks Payroll for more detailed assistance with these fields and recommended/supported import tools.
PRO TIP! The primary identifying information used to match up a staff member in iClassPro with the same employee in QuickBooks online is the Staff Member’s first and last name. These entries will need to match exactly between iClassPro and QuickBooks Online in order to import data successfully.
