What Status Widgets Are Available?

Status widgets track activity for the current week (Sunday–Saturday). They display enrollment and attendance activity, pending approvals, staff time clock information, and other key operational data. Status widgets are only available on the Dashboard

Status widgets provide a snapshot of weekly activity:

  • Most display data for the current week.
  • Some are point-in-time totals only (marked with an asterisk *).
  • Useful for monitoring attendance, staff activity, and enrollment requests in real time.

Accessing the Feature

  1. Log into the Office Portal.
  2. Depending on how your staff profile is configured, the Dashboard Page will either load automatically, or you may be directed to the Welcome page.
    • If you are directed to the "Welcome" page, click on the "Dashboard" heading to switch views.
  3. Review the displayed widgets.
    • Every staff member can customize their own Dashboard view from "Edit" mode.
    • To enter "Edit" mode, click the pencil/edit icon at the top right-hand side of the screen.

      • Note that based on staff permissions, some widgets may not be available for your user.
    • After making any customizations to the view, be sure to SAVE your changes.

NOTE: you can always return to your main landing page from anywhere in the Office Portal by clicking on the "iClassPro" logo in the upper left-hand corner of the page.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Appointment Bookings

  • Displays total number of appointment bookings starting within the current week.

Birthdays

  • Displays total number of students with birthdays during the current week.

Clocked In (*)

  • Displays total number of staff members currently clocked in.
  • Point-in-time snapshot only.
  • Permissions: Requires Time Clock task permission set to view or full.

Drops

  • Displays total number of enrollments dropped during the current week.

Events Passed

  • Displays total number of skills events marked as “Passed” during the current week.

Expected Absent

  • Displays total number of students expected to be absent from class during the current week.

Levels Passed

  • Displays total number of skills levels marked as “Passed” during the current week.

Make Ups

  • Displays total number of MAKEUP-type enrollments starting during the current week.

Overtime Hours

  • Displays combined staff overtime hours for the selected weekly range.
  • Permissions: Requires Time Clock task permission set to view or full.

Pending Adjustments (*)

  • Displays total number of pending Time Clock adjustments awaiting manager approval.
  • Point-in-time snapshot only.
  • Permissions: Requires Time Clock task permission set to view or full.

Skills Evaluated

  • Displays total number of skills evaluated during the current week.

Tardies

  • Displays total number of attendance entries recorded as “Tardy” during the current week.

Transfers

  • Displays total number of enrollments transferred between classes during the current week.

Trials

  • Displays total number of TRIAL-type enrollments starting during the current week.

Wait Listed

  • Displays total number of WAIT-type enrollments created during the current week.

Single Day/Casual

  • Displays total number of SINGLE DAY or casual enrollments starting during the current week.
  • Includes Punch Pass enrollments (if enabled).

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Why do some Status widgets only show totals without comparisons?
    • Widgets marked with an asterisk (*) display point-in-time counts only. They do not include historical or comparative data.
  • Why can I not see Clocked In, Overtime, or Pending Adjustments widgets?
    • These require Time Clock task permissions to be set to view or full.
  • Do Status widgets include future-dated enrollments?
    • Yes, if the enrollment or attendance activity falls within the current week’s Sunday–Saturday window.
  • Why do I not see an option to add a Status widget to the Welcome page?
    • Status widgets are only available on the Dashboard.
