  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal/Mobile App.
  2. Go to the BOOKINGS area.
  3. Select "Book a Party".

Viewing and Searching for Parties (Office Portal)

  1. Navigate to the PARTIES page.
  2. Review the list of party bookings associated with your party stations and time slots.
  3. Use the filters on the left side to refine results:
    • Filter by station
    • Filter by time
    • Filter by date
    • Filter by day of the week
  4. Locate a specific booking by entering the party name in the Search Parties field.

    • The System requires users to log in or create an account before beginning the party booking process.

    • Customers can view available times based on configured party stations and scheduling rules once they begin the booking process.
