IN BRIEF
Party Time Slots determine when parties can be booked in the Customer Portal. Time Slots are configured under SETTINGS>PARTIES and define the date range, duration, days of the week, and availability rules for each option displayed during the booking process. All configured Time Slots must be attached to Party Stations before they can appear as available booking options in Step two of the Customer Portal booking workflow.
Interactive Demos for configuring and using the Party Booking Management System can be found in the Education Corner, accessible from the Office Portal's "Welcome" screen. Full details for creating and managing Party Time Slots are included in Chapter 2 of the "Party Booking Management: Setup and Configuration" demo.
Overview
Party Time Slots define the specific dates, times, and durations offered for party bookings in the Customer Portal. Each Time Slot can be customized with start dates, end conditions, and designated days of the week. Once configured, Time Slots populate in the Customer Portal wherever they are associated with a Party Station.
Time Slots will not appear unless they are attached to at least one Party Station.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
-
Why are my Time Slots not showing in the Customer Portal?
- Time Slots must be attached to Party Stations before they can appear during the booking process. If a Time Slot has not been linked to a Station, it will not display in Step two of the Customer Portal’s Party Booking workflow.
-
Why did a Time Slot stop appearing unexpectedly?
- Confirm whether its Stop condition is set to expire after a specific date or a certain number of occurrences. Once the condition is met, the Time Slot will no longer display.
