IN BRIEF
Party Stations define the physical spaces where parties can be hosted. Stations must be created and configured before they can be attached to Time Slots and displayed in the Customer Portal during the Party Booking process. This article explains how to create and manage Party Stations within the System.
Interactive Demos for configuring and using the Party Booking Management System can be found in the Education Corner, accessible from the Office Portal's "Welcome" screen. Full details for creating and managing Party Stations are included in Chapter 3 of the "Party Booking Management: Setup and Configuration" demo.
Overview
Party Stations allow facilities to define individual party spaces—such as rooms, themed environments, or activity areas—that families can choose when booking a party. Each Station includes details such as description, capacity, images, and available Time Slots. These settings determine what customers see during Step 2 of the Party Booking process in the Customer Portal.
