IN BRIEF
The iClassPro Office Portal can be accessed in multiple ways: directly through your account’s URL or from the iClassPro website. Staff members must log in with a valid username and password, and some system settings may require attention before login functions as expected.
Overview
The Office Portal is where staff members log in to manage classes, students, billing, and other administrative functions.
Important notes about sessions:
- iClassPro automatically logs you out after one hour of inactivity.
- "Activity" refers only to actions that send data to the server. For example, simply entering text in a field is not considered "activity" until you select Submit, Save, Create, or similar options to transmit that text to the server.
Accessing the Feature
You can log into the Office Portal in two ways:
Direct URL login
Use one of these formats to be taken directly to your Staff Sign In page:
- https://[account_name].iclasspro.com
- https://app.iclasspro.com/a/[account_name]
Replace [account_name] with your unique iClassPro account name.
NOTE: We highly recommend bookmarking the page or creating a desktop shortcut for quicker access.
Logging in via the iClassPro website
- Go to https://www.iclasspro.com.
- Select the Log In button to continue.
- Enter your unique iClassPro account name when prompted, then click Login.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the iClassPro website, select Log in.
- Enter your iClassPro account name to bring up the Staff Sign In page.
- On the Staff Sign In page, enter your User Name and Password.
- Select Submit to launch your account.
Logging Into the Office Portal
Use the email address associated with your staff account to log in.
There are three ways to log in:

Email & Password – If you need to set a password first:
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen
Check your email and follow the link to verify your email and set your password
Log in using your email and password

Single Sign-On (SSO) – If it’s enabled, just use your normal work login.
Google or Microsoft Login – Choose the option that matches your email on the login screen.
If you’re not sure which option to use, check with your manager.
Additional Options
- If you select Stay Logged In, you will not need to log in again unless you explicitly select Log Out from within the Office Portal.
- For security reasons, iClassPro does not recommend enabling this option on shared devices.
- We highly recommend bookmarking the page or creating a desktop shortcut for quicker access.

What happens when I successfully log in?
- Upon logging in, you will be taken to either the "Welcome" page or "Dashboard", depending on how your preferred landing page is set.
- If staff members don't have permission to view either of these pages, they will be taken to the first page they do have permission to view.

What happens if business or location information is missing?
- If required fields are not set up, the system may not behave as expected. For example, if no email address is defined for a Location, receipt emails will not be sent.
- If iClassPro detects missing information, you will see a warning message upon login listing the missing values. Update these values and save your settings to resolve this issue.

What happens if iClassPro's Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy are updated?
- Staff members will be required to accept updated Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy upon logging in.
- If an email address is associated with their profile, they will also be given the option to subscribe to the iClassPro newsletter.
