How Do I Bookmark the iClassPro Login Page?

IN BRIEF:
Bookmarking your iClassPro login page allows you and your staff to access the Office Portal quickly without re-entering the URL each time. This article explains how to save the correct login URL as a bookmark (or favorite) in the most common browsers, including desktop and mobile options.

Overview

iClassPro recommends bookmarking your organization’s specific login URL so administrators and staff can access the Office Portal with a single selection. This is especially helpful for shared computers, staff workstations, or mobile devices where speed and consistency matter.

For best results, always use the latest stable version of your browser. iClassPro cannot guarantee full support for beta releases or outdated browser versions.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • I bookmarked the login page, but it takes me to the wrong account. Why?
    • Verify that your bookmark uses your organization’s full login URL and that [ACCOUNT_NAME] is correct. Bookmarks created from a generic iClassPro page may not link to the correct account.
  • My bookmark stopped working after a browser update. What should I do?
    • Re-enter your login URL manually, confirm it loads correctly, then delete the old bookmark and create a new one.
  • Can staff use the same bookmark on shared computers?
    • Yes. As long as the bookmark points to your organization’s login URL, multiple staff members can use it to access the Office Portal with their own credentials.
