Overview
The Camp Enrollment Block Report displays enrolled students by camp and indicates which block(s) each student has selected. This allows administrators to review participation across camp sessions and better manage scheduling and capacity.
Key Details and Behavior
- Enrollment-related filters return results based on the selected Start Date/End Date
- Camp enrollments are considered ACTIVE from the first selected block through the last selected block
- Example: If a student is enrolled only on May 5 and May 8, the System considers them active from May 5–May 8 (including May 6 and 7)
Accessing the Report
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Select Camp Enrollment Block Report (CAM-3).
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the Camp Enrollment Block Report (CAM-3).
- Enter a Start Date/Time and End Date/Time.
- The report will include all camps/students with enrollment dates that overlap this range.
- (Optional) Enable Only Show Camps/Students Within Date Range.
- Limits results to only those that meet within the selected date range.
- Select a Camp Status:
- Active
- Inactive
- Select one or more Locations to limit results.
- (Optional) Select Instructor(s) to filter results.
- (Optional) Apply additional filters:
- Program
- Level
- Choose Camp
- Select any Display Options to include additional student details.
- Choose Print Layout options if needed.
- Select your preferred export format to generate the report.
Filter Details

Instructor Filter Notes:
- Results include only instructors associated with enrollments during the selected date range
- Deleted instructors may still appear for dates prior to deletion
- Instructors added after the end date will not appear

Program Filter:
- Only applies when students have an ACTIVE enrollment
- Does not affect results if Status is set to “All” or “Inactive”

Level Filter:
- Limits results to students enrolled in camps associated with selected levels

- Filters students based on selected camp and active enrollment status
Display Options
- Age
- Birthday
- Gender
- E-mail address
- Account balance
- Rollsheet comment
- Questions
- Deleted questions
Print Layout Options
- Landscape
- Print rows for max enrollments (adds blank rows for capacity planning)
- Print 3 extra rows
Generating the Report
- Select the desired export format (HTML, PDF, XLS, or CSV)
- The System immediately generates the report based on selected filters

Why are some students missing from my report?
- A: Verify the Start Date/End Date and ensure the enrollment overlaps the selected range. Also confirm that filters such as Location, Instructor, or Program are not excluding results.

Why does a student appear active on dates they were not scheduled?
- A: Camp enrollments are considered active from the first selected block through the last selected block, even if there are gaps between dates.

Why is my Program filter not affecting results?
- A: The Program filter only applies to ACTIVE enrollments. If the Status filter is set to “All” or “Inactive,” the Program filter will not change results.

Why is an instructor missing from the report?
- A: The instructor must be associated with enrollments during the selected date range. Instructors added after the end date will not appear.
