Accessing the App

  • Navigate to SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>MARKETING AND BRANDING.
  • Enable "Show Mobile App Download Links."

Enabling App Notifications

When the iClassPro App is first installed, users are prompted to allow Push Notifications. These must be enabled to receive updates and alerts from the app.

If notifications were previously denied or disabled, they can be re-enabled as follows:

For iPhone/iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Select Notifications.
  3. Choose The iClassPro App from the list.
  4. Turn on Allow Notifications.
  5. Choose notification types to enable:
    • Alerts: Display on Lock Screen, Notification Center, and/or as Banners.
    • Sounds: Plays an alert sound for each notification.
    • Badges: Displays an unread count on the app icon.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Depending on your device version, select Sound & Notification or Apps & Notification.
  3. Tap App Notifications.
  4. Choose The iClassPro App from the list.
  5. Turn on Allow Notifications

  • Why am I not receiving Push notifications from the iClassPro App?
    • Ensure that Notifications are enabled for the app on your device.
  • Why can’t I log into the app?
    • If you are stuck on the “Organization” screen, ensure that you are entering the organization name correctly. Check with the facility for proper spelling, as some organization names may contain numbers.
    • If you have entered the correct organization name, but you are unable to log in with your email address and password, you can reset the password using the “Forgot Password” option.
      • If you are getting an “invalid login” error, check with the facility to ensure that you are using the same email address on file for your account, and that it is entered correctly on your record.
      • If you are a secondary guardian on an account, you may need to reach out to the Primary Guardian so they can grant you secondary access to the account.
