Overview
Booking a party in the Mobile/Branded App allows families to reserve a party station, select a party package and add-ons, and pay any required deposit directly from their mobile device. Guardian contact details are automatically populated based on the logged-in account, helping streamline the booking process.
Accessing the Party Booking Feature
- Open the Mobile/Branded App and sign in to the family account.
- From the main Dashboard, select Book a Party.
Alternatively:
- Select Bookings from the bottom toolbar.
- Select Book a Party.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Book a Party
- On the main Dashboard screen, select the Book a Party icon.
- Alternatively, select Bookings from the bottom toolbar and then choose "Book a Party".
- On the Party Booking screen, select a Date from the calendar.
- Choose a Time Slot. Time slots are grouped by Party Station.
- Tap Add Package to select a Party Package.
- If you do not see the full description, select "Read More" to expand it.

- Enter or confirm Other Party Details:
- Name of Party (required) – auto‑populated based on details assigned to the guardian who is logged in.
- Number of Guests (required).
- Contact information (required) – auto‑filled based on the family information, but can be edited if needed.
- Guest(s) of Honor (optional).

Additional Information (optional).
- Enable the Agree to Waiver Requirement checkbox to accept the waiver, then select Continue.
- On the Party Booking Summary screen, review details.
- Use the back arrow if you need to make any adjustment, then select Continue again to save changes.
Check Out
- Choose a payment option:
- Deposit (required minimum)
- Full Amount (if available)
- If Apply Available Credit appears, you can apply existing account credit towards the balance.
- To use the saved autopay method, leave Use payment method on file? enabled.
- To add a new card, clear the Use payment method on file? checkbox and enter new payment details.
- Store/Update payment method on file? and Opt‑In to Recurring Billing are auto‑enabled when Require Saved Payment Method Authorized for Recurring Billing is enabled under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>FINANCIAL.
- If Opt‑In to Recurring Billing is selected, guardians must accept the "Recurring Payment Opt In" policy.
- Acceptance triggers the Opt‑In Confirmation for Recurring Payment email template.
- Select Pay Now to submit payment.
- A confirmation dialog confirms your party is booked and payment processed.
Advanced & Conditional Details
Subscription Requirement
- An Elite or Premium subscription plan is required for the Party Booking Management feature.
- Show Parties and Allow Visitors to Register for Them must be enabled under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>GENERAL SETTINGS for the party booking option to be displayed in the Customer Portal/Mobile App.
Add‑On Visibility
- The Choose Add‑ons step is hidden when no Add‑ons are configured for the selected Party Package.
Recurring Billing Options
The "Store/Update Payment Method on File?" and "Opt-In to Recurring Billing" options will be auto-enabled based on the status of the "Require Saved Payment Method Authorized For Recurring Billing" setting under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>FINANCIAL.
If this option is enabled, guardians cannot clear the Store payment method checkbox (although they will be allowed to request to disable "Opt-In to Recurring Billing").

Why don’t I see the Book a Party option?
- Ensure your organization is on an Elite or Premium subscription plan, and that “Show Parties and Allow Visitors to Register for Them” is enabled under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>GENERAL SETTINGS.

- The waiver checkbox must be enabled before Continue is available.

- Verify that saved payment information exists for the guardian who is currently logged into the account.
