Which Filters Are Available for the PARTIES Page?

IN BRIEF
The PARTIES page includes filters that help narrow party timeslot results when reviewing booked or unbooked parties, enabling or disabling timeslots, or printing reports. These filters help staff focus on the party timeslots that match a specific status, date range, day of the week, start time, station, or availability.

Overview

The filters on the PARTIES page help administrators narrow the list of party timeslots shown in iClassPro. Use these filters when you need to:

  • Review party timeslots for a specific date range
  • View party timeslots on specific days of the week
  • Locate party timeslots that start during a specific time frame
  • Review timeslots assigned to specific party Stations
  • Identify available or booked timeslots
  • Enable or disable specific party timeslots
  • Prepare party-related reports for printing

NOTE: These filters only show for accounts that have an Elite or Premium subscription plan and party settings have been properly configured for the selected location.
