How Do I Cancel a Booked Party?

IN THIS ARTICLE:
Learn how to cancel an existing party booking from the Office Portal. (At this time, customers cannot cancel a party booking via the Customer Portal.)

  1. Navigate to the Parties page.
  2. Use the filters or search function to Locate the existing party.
  3. Click the pencil/edit icon to Edit the existing party details.
  4. Click Delete at the bottom of the window.

NOTE: These steps will not remove any charges or issue any refunds from the family ledger. It will simply delete the information from the party slot and make it available for booking.
