How Can I Move/Transfer a Party to Another Date?

If a family needs to move a booked party to another date, you can update the existing party booking instead of canceling and creating a new one manually.

When you edit the booking, the System verifies each updated selection to confirm that the new party station, date, time slot, party package, and add-ons are still valid for the updated booking details. This helps ensure that the new party setup matches the available party schedule and package rules.

You should review the party totals before saving, since changing the party date, station, time slot, package, or add-ons may result in additional charges or payments.

  1. From the main navigation menu, select Parties.
  2. Locate the existing party booking using the available filters or search options.
  3. Select the pencil/edit icon to open the party booking details.
