What do the First Enrollment attendance icons mean?
The First Enrollment attendance icons in iClassPro are intended to help coaches and staff identify the first time a student attends a class or a session. The icon will appear next to the student's enrollment on the first day of class. (NOTE: if a student is marked "ABSENT" on their first date of class, or attendance is not recorded, the icon will continue to appear until the student is marked "PRESENT" in class for the first time.)
The different icons indicate:
- First Day Ever - displayed for students if no previous enrollments exist in the database, or who have never been marked "Present" for a class. (This means that if they have a past enrollment but were only marked "Absent", they will continue to show "First Time Ever" until an attendance record is created where they are marked "Present.")
- First Day at Location - displayed for students if no previous enrollments exist in the database connected to this Location.
- First Day in Class - displayed for students if no previous enrollments exist in the database connected to the class they are enrolled in.
- First Day in Session - displayed for students if no previous enrollments exist in the database connected with the Session attached to the class they are enrolled in.
- First Day in Level - displayed for students if no previous enrollments exist in the database connected to classes with the same Class Level.
