Learn how to enable or disable iClassPro's "Recently Opened Windows" option, which gives you quick access to recently opened records.
How it Works
Unique to each iClassPro user logged in, the "Recently Opened Window" section will display quick links to recently opened Family, Ledger, Student, Staff, Class and Camp windows. The most recently viewed windows will be displayed on the left.
This view has a maximum of 8 windows displayed at the top of the screen at once, with a total of 16 saved windows. (This means that in order to view the 8 oldest entries, you will first need to close the 8 most recently opened windows.)
To restore a recently opened window, simply click the shortcut to view the window you were working on, or click the "x" on the shortcut to close it completely.
Enabling or disabling the "Recently Opened Windows" option
The "Recently Opened Windows" option can be enabled or disabled from your iClassPro settings. This setting affects all staff members signed into the software.
To enable/disabled the option, navigate to SETTINGS>SETUP>GENERAL SETTINGS>APPLICATION PREFERENCES. From this window, you simply check or uncheck the option to "Show Recently Opened Windows," then save the changes.
