Which Filters are Available from the APPOINTMENTS Page?

Learn about the filtering options available from the APPOINTMENTS page to help narrow your results when sending Email Blasts, creating mass/group charges, or just to see at a glance which Appointment timeslots associated with specific Instructors/Services/Programs may have bookings.

  • Presets - allows you to save a new preset filter, or select/manage existing preset filters.
  • Reset All - resets/clears any selected filters
  • Filters - collapses/expands the filter display.
    • NOTE: If the filters are collapsed, the number of applied filters will be displayed on the "Filters" button.
  • Date Range - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots set to occur during the specified date range.
  • Time - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots set to occur during the specified time range.
    • All Day (12:00 AM - 11:59 PM)
    • Morning (12:00 AM - 11:59 AM)
    • Afternoon (12:00 PM - 5:59 PM)
    • Evening (6:00 PM - 11:59 PM)
    • NOTE: Start/End times can be manually adjusted to set a custom time frame.
  • Day of the Week - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots set to occur on the specified day of the week.
  • Instructors - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots associated with the selected Instructor(s).
  • Services - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots associated with the selected Service(s).
  • Zones - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots associated with the selected Zone(s).
  • Programs - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots associated with the selected Program(s).
  • Open/Full - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results based on the number of open booking slots available.
  • Not in Session/In Session - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results to only timeslots that are currently in session/not in session.
  • Once/Recurring - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results based on the defined Frequency (one time or recurring).
  • Not Checked In/Checked In - allows you to limit the Appointment timeslots results based on attendance status (checked in/not checked in).

After you have finished with a particular set of filters, be sure to click RESET ALLS or press the ESC key on your keyboard to clear them.
