IN BRIEF
The APPOINTMENTS page includes a variety of filters that help narrow appointment timeslot results. These filters can be used when sending Email Blasts, creating mass/group charges, or reviewing availability across instructors, services, and programs.
Overview
The filtering tools on the APPOINTMENTS page allow administrators to refine which appointment timeslots are displayed based on specific criteria. This makes it easier to:
- Identify available or booked timeslots
- Target specific groups for communication or billing
- Review scheduling across instructors, services, or programs
- Quickly locate appointments that meet defined conditions
These filters can be combined to create highly specific result sets and can also be saved for reuse using presets.
