The Special Enrollments Report (CLA-8) provides a detailed list of special enrollments—including WAIT, TRIAL, MAKEUP, and SINGLE DAY—within a selected date range. It helps administrators review enrollment activity, track usage (such as makeup tokens), and analyze participation across classes.
Overview
The Special Enrollments Report displays a list of special enrollments within a defined date range. This includes:
- Enrollment Type (WAIT, TRIAL, MAKEUP, SINGLE DAY)
- Used Token indicator (for MAKEUP enrollments)
- Class Name
- Class Schedule
- Student Name
- Enrollment Date(s)
Additional fields can be included using display options.
Important Notes
Filters related to enrollments return results based on the selected Start Date and End Date.
- If no date is entered:
- The System defaults the Start Date to the current date
- The drop date remains NULL
- Preset filters can be saved and reused to streamline report generation.

Accessing the Report
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Locate and select Special Enrollments Report (CLA-8).

- Enter a Start Date and End Date to define the reporting range.
- Apply any desired filters (see filter options below).
- Select display options to customize the output.
- Choose a report format.

Generating the report
- Confirm your filters.
- Select your preferred format (HTML, PDF, XLS, or CSV) to generate the report.
Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why are no enrollments appearing in my report?
- Verify the Start Date and End Date. If left blank, the System defaults to the current date, which may exclude expected results.

Why is an instructor missing from the report?
- The instructor must be associated with enrollments during the selected date range. Deleted or newly added instructors may not appear depending on timing.

Why do I see an asterisk (*) next to a class name?
- This indicates a substitute instructor was present when the enrollment occurred.

Can I reuse my filter settings?
- Yes. Save frequently used filters as Presets and reload them when generating future reports.
