How Do I Disable Billing For A Class?

Learn about which options are available if you wish to keep enrollments in a class but exclude the class from being billed.

Why disable billing for a class?

Occasionally, you may wish to mark a class that is regularly billed as not billable for a period of time, such as a class that has been suspended for school holidays or summer break.

By disabling billing for the class, you maintain all enrollments in the class but prevent iClassPro from creating a tuition charge whenever the Class Tuition Charges task is run.
