What is the Roll Sheet Labels Report?
The Roll Sheet Labels Report generates labels for students' class enrollments. These are often used as a name tag for students or a label for student files or documents and includes the class, level, schedule, instructor, and student names.
Labels are preformatted for Avery 8160 labels (1” x 2-5/8” rectangular labels on an 8-1/2” x 11” sheet, 30 per page). The labels are sorted alphabetically by the student’s last name, then by the student’s first name.
NOTE: Chosen filters that relate to enrollments will produce results that are true as of the date you choose when generating the report.
If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can now save them as Presets! Simply load a Preset Filter whenever you open the report page, set your date range and click to generate the report in your preferred format. See our "Preset Filters for Reports" document for more information.

General Filters
- ENROLLMENTS ACTIVE AS OF: the report will only generate roll sheet labels for students with enrollments that are active as of the specified date.
- LOCATIONS: selecting one or more Location(s) will limit results to only students with enrollments in classes that are connected to the specified Location(s).
- ENROLLMENT TYPE STATUS
- Active
- Single Day (if enabled)
- Make Up
- Trial
- Wait List
- DAY OF WEEK: selecting one or more specific Day(s) of the week will limit the report to showing only students with enrollments in classes that meet on the specified day(s).
- CHOOSE PROGRAM: selecting one or more Program(s) will limit results to only students with enrollments in classes that are connected to the specified Program(s).
- CHOOSE CLASS KEYWORD: selecting one or more Class Keyword(s) will limit results to only students with enrollments in classes that are assigned to the specified Keyword(s).
- CHOOSE CLASS LEVEL: selecting one or more Class Level(s) will limit results to only students with enrollments in classes that are connected to the specified Level(s).
- CHOOSE ROOM: selecting one or more Room(s) will limit results to only students with enrollments in classes that are connected to the specified Room(s).
- CHOOSE INSTRUCTOR: selecting one or more Instructor(s) will limit results to only students with enrollments in classes that are connected to the specified Instructor(s).

NOTE: Entries will not be included on the final report for any selected instructor/staff member who was not associated with specified enrollments, events, etc., during the designated date/date range.
- If an instructor was deleted AFTER the start date of the report, the results will include relevant entries for the instructor on the date(s) before they were deleted.
- If an instructor was created/attached to an event AFTER the end date of the report, the instructor will not be included in the results.

- CHOOSE SESSION: selecting one or more Sessions(s) will limit results to only students with enrollments in classes that are connected to the specified Session(s).
- NOTE: The "Choose Session" filter will only display current/future sessions by default. However, there is a "Show Past" toggle option to display past Sessions/Rolling Sessions if needed.
- CHOOSE CLASS: selecting one or more Class(es) will limit results to only students with enrollments in the specified Class(es).
Display Options
- SHOW ENROLLMENT TYPE: If enabled, the label will include the Enrollment Type.
