What is the Student Evaluation Report?

IN BRIEF
The Student Evaluation Report allows staff to generate a standardized summary of a student’s skills progression based on levels, events, and skills configured under Skill Tracking. The report can be created for individual students, multiple students, or entire classes. Administrators can print the report as a PDF or email it directly to families.

Overview

The Student Evaluation Report presents a structured summary of a student’s current progress within Skill Tracking. It reflects selected levels, events, and skills and is intended to provide families with insight into their student’s development. Because the report can be generated for one or more students or for an entire class, it is useful for progress updates, showcases, or evaluation cycles.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Why do some levels or skills not appear in the filter list?
    • Items displayed in the filter dialog come directly from your Skill Tracking setup. If something is missing, confirm that the level, event, or skill is active and assigned to the student’s class.
  • Why does the report include more skills than I selected?
    • If no filters are selected at a particular level, the System includes all associated items by default.
  • Can I generate reports for students across multiple classes at once?
    • Yes. As long as the students are selected on the Students page, the report will include all chosen records regardless of class enrollment.
