Troubleshooting & FAQs
-
Why are some enrollments missing from the report?
- Enrollments created with a drop date already assigned (such as session-based enrollments) are not included.
-
Why does a transferred enrollment appear as “New”?
- If a future enrollment is transferred to another future enrollment, the original is deleted and the remaining enrollment is counted as “New.”
-
Why does the program not match historical expectations?
- Enrollment data reflects the program assigned at report generation, while financial data reflects the program assigned at the time of charge creation.
-
Why does the PDF export look incorrect?
- The report is optimized for HTML. PDF output depends on browser print settings and may not display correctly.
