How Do I Access/Navigate the Merchant Portal? (Merchant Portal)

IN BRIEF:
Learn how to access and navigate the Merchant Portal, including how to sign in, select an account (if multiple accounts are available), and find key tools such as Transactions, Statements, and Settings.

This document only applies to customers in the United States who are using iClassPro Payment Services.

Accessing/Logging In

  1. Open your browser and go to https://merchantportal.iclasspro.com/UserAccount/Login.
  2. Enter the email address and password you provided when you completed your Payment Services application, then select Sign in.
    • If you forgot your password, select the "Forgot Password?" link to receive a password reset email.

Choosing an Account

If the email address you used is linked to a single Merchant Portal account, the system will automatically log you in. If the email address is linked to multiple Merchant Portal accounts, you will be shown a list of accounts.

  1. Review the account list.
  2. Select the account name you want to open. You will be taken to that account’s Merchant Portal home screen.

Navigating the Merchant Portal

Once you have logged in and selected your account, the Merchant Portal home screen appears. The left‑hand menu contains several tools. Each item below expands to explain its purpose.

Transactions

  • View individual credit‑card payments.
  • See transaction date/time, card brand, amount, and status.
  • Tip: Use the Search filters at the top of the page to narrow down results.

eCheck Returns

  • Review details for returned eCheck transactions.
  • Each entry shows the return reason, amount, and original payment date.

Chargebacks

  • Monitor and respond to chargeback cases from your customers’ card issuers.
  • View case status, reason codes, and deadlines.

Transfers

  • View deposit and debit batches sent to your bank account.
  • Select a batch to see every transaction included, card‑brand assessment fees, and monthly gateway fees.

Statements

  • Download a monthly statement summarizing total sales, refunds, chargebacks, adjustments, processing fees, and transfers.
  • Includes card‑brand assessment fees and a summary of eCommerce/Online Transactions.

Manage Users and Notification Settings

  • Add or remove additional Merchant Portal users.
