The Student Policy Report (STU-11) generates a printable version of Student Policies. Administrators can choose specific policies to print or leave the policy selection blank to include all active policies.
Overview
The Student Policy Report allows administrators to generate printable copies of Student Policies. This report is useful when a business needs to provide physical copies of policies, collect handwritten signatures, or keep printed policy records on file.
The report can include selected Student Policies or all active Student Policies, depending on the filter selections used when generating the report.

Using Preset Filters
If you commonly use the same filters when running this report, you can save those selections as Preset Filters. After saving a Preset Filter, you can load it when opening the report page, set your date range, and generate the report in your preferred format.

Accessing the Report
- From the main navigation menu, go to Reports.
- Locate and select Student Policy Report (STU-11).
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to Student Policy Report (STU-11).
- Use the available filters to choose which Student Policies to include.
- Choose whether to include a signature line, if needed.
- Select the preferred report format.
- Generate the report.
General Filters
Use the General Filters section to determine which Student Policies appear on the report.

Choose Policy: Use Choose Policy to select which Student Policies to print.
- Policies are listed alphabetically.
- Each policy includes a prefix showing the Policy Type.
- Leaving this field blank prints all active policies.
Display Options
Use Display Options to control whether printed signature lines appear on the report.

Show Signature Line: Use Show Signature Line to include blank signature fields on the printed policy form.
- Adds a blank line for “Signature/Date.”
- Adds a blank line for “Print Name/Date.”
- Useful when a student needs to physically sign the form.
Generating the Report
- Select your desired export format (HTML or PDF) at the bottom of the report window.
- The System will immediately generate the report in the selected format.
Use HTML to preview the report in the browser. Use PDF when preparing a printable version to give to staff or guardians.

Why did the report include all policies?
- If Choose Policy is left blank, the report prints all active policies. Select one or more specific policies to limit the report output.

Can I print only one Student Policy?
- Yes. Use Choose Policy to select the specific Student Policy to print before generating the report.

Why do policy names show a prefix?
- The prefix identifies the Policy Type. This helps administrators distinguish between policies when selecting them from the list.

Can I collect a handwritten signature using this report?
- Yes. Enable Show Signature Line to include blank lines for “Signature/Date” and “Print Name/Date.”

Can I save the same filter selections for future use?
- Yes. Use Preset Filters to save commonly used report filters, then load the Preset the next time the report is opened.
