The Event Evaluation Form provides instructors with a printable list of skills associated with a specific event. These forms can be used to record evaluations outside of the System and later serve as a reference when manually entering skill evaluations into iClassPro.
Overview
The Event Evaluation Form is designed for situations where instructors need to assess student skills without directly entering evaluations in real time through the Office Portal or Staff Portal.
Instead of entering evaluations electronically, instructors can use the printed form during event sessions to track skill performance. The completed form is then used as a reference to manually enter those evaluations into the System at a later time.
Accessing the Feature
- From the main navigation menu, go to EVENTS.
- Locate and select the event or events for which evaluations will be recorded.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- From the EVENTS page, select the checkbox next to each event you want to include on the evaluation form.
- In the task bar, select the Reports icon to open the reports menu.
- Select "Event Evaluation Forms".
- Review the form summary dialog to confirm which events are included.
- Enter the "As Of" date:
- This date determines which skills and existing evaluations are reflected on the form.
- Generate the form in the format that best fits your needs:
- HTML
- XLS

What happens if a student has already been evaluated for a skill?
- If a student has already been evaluated for a specific skill, the current skill rating will be displayed on the Event Evaluation Form.

Can evaluations entered on the form be imported into the System automatically?
- No. The Event Evaluation Form is a reference tool only. All evaluations recorded on the form must be entered manually into iClassPro.

When should I use the Event Evaluation Form instead of entering evaluations directly?
- This form is most useful when instructors do not have immediate access to the Office Portal or Staff Portal during event sessions. Whenever possible, it is always encouraged to enter skill evaluations directly into the system.
