Learn about the filtering options available from the CLASSES page to help narrow your results when sending Email Blasts, generating roll sheets and evaluation reports, assigning sessions or making bulk changes with the Quick Edit tool, or just to see at a glance which classes are associated with particular programs or have certain keywords assigned.
When sending Email Blasts from the CLASSES page, the system will default to students who are active as of the selected "Enrollment Date." Please see our Sending Email Blasts from the CLASSES Page document for details on emailing past or future enrollments from the CLASSES page.
After you have finished with a particular set of filters, be sure to click RESET FILTERS or press ESC on your keyboard to clear them.
- Class Status - allows you to limit results based on the status of the class (Active/Inactive).
- ALL - shows ALL classes, regardless of whether the status is marked Active or Inactive
- ACTIVE - only shows classes where the status is marked as Active.
- INACTIVE - only shows classes where the status is marked as Inactive.
- Enrollment Date - determines the class occupancy view based on the selected date.
- Day of the week - only shows classes that meet on the selected day(s) of the week. If you do not select a specific day of the week, classes for all days will be shown.
- All Start Times - allows you to limit results to only show classes that start within a specific 1/2 hour time frame. Times will only show if there is a class that meets the criteria (e.g., if your classes do not start until 4pm, you will not see any start time options prior to "4:00 pm - 4:29 pm").
- All Sessions - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected session(s)/rolling session(s) attached. Note that if you are selecting single or multiple entries from the “Sessions” filter, the system will display results based on the specified “Enrollment Date”, also considering any active enrollments within the Look Ahead window. If you change the selected session(s), be sure to update the “Enrollment Date” filter accordingly to ensure best accuracy. (For example, if you are looking at enrollments in a future session, be sure to update the “Enrollment Date” filter to match the start date of the session.)
- Past Sessions/Rolling Sessions are hidden by default. However, there are toggle options to "Show Past Sessions"/"Show Past Rolling Sessions" to show these if needed.
- Sessions/Rolling Sessions are sorted by START DATE:
- For current/future Sessions/Rolling Sessions, they are sorted ASCENDING by start date (earliest to latest, so future sessions/rolling sessions are listed last).
- For past Sessions/Rolling Sessions, they are sorted DESCENDING by start date (most recent start date first, so oldest sessions/rolling sessions are listed last).
- NOTE: If the start date is the same, they are sorted by NAME.
- If multiple Sessions are selected, the Occupancy Table will display the name of the Session being used to calculate occupancy numbers.
- If multiple Sessions are selected, an option to "Show All Enrollments" will be displayed.
- If ENABLED, all enrollments connected with the selected sessions will be displayed on the Class Enrollments view. (Enrollments in future Sessions should be listed under "Future Enrollments" based on the specified "Enrollment Date.".)
- Enrollments will be separated by Session, with the Session used for calculating occupancy listed first. Other Sessions will be listed in chronological order based on the Session start date.
- If DISABLED, occupancy counts and the enrollments listed will ONLY reflect those for the current Session attached to the class.
- If ENABLED, all enrollments connected with the selected sessions will be displayed on the Class Enrollments view. (Enrollments in future Sessions should be listed under "Future Enrollments" based on the specified "Enrollment Date.".)
- All Programs - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected program(s) attached.
- All Levels - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected class level(s) attached.
- All Zones - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected Zone(s) attached.
- All Tuitions - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected tuition(s) attached.
- All Billing Schedules - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected Billing Schedule(s) attached.
- All Ages - allows you to limit results only to classes that allow students of the selected age(s).
- All Tuitions - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected tuition(s) attached.
- All Genders - allows you to limit results only to classes that allow students of the selected gender(s).
- NOTE: Selecting only "Male" or "Female" will limit classes to those specifically limited to male or female students (respectively). Staff will also need to select "Co-Ed" if they wish to see all classes for which a student may be eligible.

All Availability (as of “Enrollment Date”)
- Has Openings - allows you to limit results only to classes that have active openings available as of the selected Enrollment Date. This option does not take Waitlist enrollments into account.
- Has Openings and Waitlists - allows you to limit results only to classes that have active openings AND Waitlist enrollments available as of the selected Enrollment Date.
- No Openings - allows you to limit results only to classes that have no active openings available as of the selected Enrollment Date.
- Has Future Absences - allows you to limit results only to classes that have future absences scheduled as of the selected Enrollment Date.
- Has Drops - allows you to limit results only to classes that have enrollments that are scheduled to drop as of the selected Enrollment Date, based on your enrollment lookahead settings.
- If no Session is selected from the SESSIONS filter, the system will ignore enrollments if the enrollment drop date matches the end date of the Session that is attached to the enrollment
- If a regular Session is selected from the SESSIONS filter, the system will ignore enrollments where the enrollment drop date matches the end date of the selected Session (while displaying other enrollments).
- Has Waitlists - allows you to limit results only to classes that have Waitlist enrollments as of the selected Enrollment Date.
- Has Trials - allows you to limit results only to classes that have Trial enrollments schedule as of the selected Enrollment Date, based on your enrollment lookahead settings.
- All Instructors - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected instructor(s) attached.
- NOTE: When using this filter, substitute instructors will only be included if they are scheduled to replace a permanent instructor on the "Enrollment Date."

- Allow Waitlist Offers If Requirements Not Met

- Show to Customers - allows you to limit results only to classes where the "Show to Customers" option is enabled.
- Hide Enrollments - allows you to limit results only to classes where the "Hide Enrollments" option is enabled.
- Allow Registration - allows you to limit results only to classes where the "Allow Registration" option is enabled.
- All Keywords - allows you to limit results only to classes with the selected class keyword(s) attached.
- Show Non-Billable Classes Only - allows you to limit results only to classes with the "Non-Billable Class" option enabled on the "Billing" tab.
- Show Classes With Substitutes Only - allows you to limit results only to classes with a substitute instructor assigned on the selected "Enrollment Date."
- Filter By Notes - allows you to limit results based on the status of notes attached to the Class (Open/Closed), and the Priority Level of the note(s).
- Note Status
- ALL - shows ALL classes with notes attached, regardless of whether the status is marked Open or Closed.
- OPEN - only shows classes with notes attached where the status is marked as Open.
- CLOSED - only shows classes with notes attached where the status is marked as Closed.
- Note Priority
- Low - only shows classes with notes attached where the Priority Level is marked as Low.
- Medium - only shows classes with notes attached where the Priority Level is marked as Medium.
- Critical - only shows classes with notes attached where the Priority Level is marked as Critical.
- Note Status
- Restrict Results to Punch-Pass Only - allows you to limit results only to classes with the "Punch Pass/Single Day Only" option enabled in the "Online Settings" area of the class "Details" tab.
