Learn how to create a party booking in the Mobile/Branded App.
This option only appears for accounts that have an Elite or Premium subscription plan that have enabled “Show Parties and Allow Visitors to Register for Them” under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>GENERAL SETTINGS.
Booking a Party
To create a Party booking:
- From the main Dashboard screen, click the "Book a Party" icon, or select BOOKINGS from the navigation toolbar at the bottom of the screen, then select "Book a Party."
- On the "Party Booking" screen, select a date.
- Choose a Party Time Slot. Time Slots will be divided by Party Station.
- Click "Add Package" to select a Party Package.
- NOTE: If you cannot see the complete Party Package description, click "Read More" to expand that section.
- Select any Add-ons you wish to include in your party package by increasing the quantity from "0." Once you have selected all of the Add-ons, click CONTINUE.
- NOTE: If there are no Add-ons available, this step will not be displayed.
- Review/enter any Party details, including:
- Name of Party (Required)
- NOTE: If you were logged in when you began the party registration process, a Party Name is automatically populated based on the Primary Guardian's name, but can be edited if needed.
- Number of Guests (Required)
- Contact information (Required)
- NOTE: If you were logged in when you began the party registration process, contact information will already be populated based on the primary guardian's details, but can be edited if needed.
- Guest(s) of Honor (optional)
- Additional Information (optional)
- Name of Party (Required)
- Enable the checkbox to the left of the agreement text to accept the waiver.
- Click CONTINUE.
- On the "Party Booking Summary" screen, review the party information displayed. If needed, click the back arrow in your browser to return to a previous page to make adjustments. (Be sure to click CONTINUE on each page to apply any changes.)
Checking Out
To check out/submit your party booking:
- Choose whether to pay only the required Deposit, or to pay the Full Amount (if this option is available).
- If the option to "Allow Visitors the Ability to Use Available Account Credits" is enabled under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>FINANCIAL, customers will be given the option to apply existing account credit towards their balance.
- If no credit exists or customers do not wish to apply it, they can choose to “Use Payment Method on File” to use their existing autopay method to make a payment.
- Unchecking the “Use Payment Method on File” option will allow them to enter new payment details.
- The "Store/Update Payment Method on File?" and "Opt-In to Recurring Billing" options will be auto-checked based on the status of the "Require Saved Payment Method Authorized For Recurring Billing" setting under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>FINANCIAL.
- If this setting is enabled, the customer will not be allowed to uncheck "Store payment method on file?" (although they will be allowed to request to disable "Opt-In to Recurring Billing").
- If this setting is NOT enabled, the "Store payment method on file?" and "Opt-In to Recurring Billing" options will appear but will NOT be auto-enabled.
- If “Opt-In to Recurring Billing” is enabled, the “Recurring Payment Opt In” policy will be displayed and must be accepted to continue. Once accepted, a success message will be displayed, and the family will receive the "Opt-In Confirmation for Recurring Payment" email.
- This template can be edited under SETTINGS>SETUP>GENERAL SETTINGS>COMMUNICATION TEMPLATES>CUSTOMER PORTAL>"Opt-In Confirmation for Recurring Payment."
- The "Store/Update Payment Method on File?" and "Opt-In to Recurring Billing" options will be auto-checked based on the status of the "Require Saved Payment Method Authorized For Recurring Billing" setting under SETTINGS>CUSTOMER PORTAL>OTHER SETTINGS>FINANCIAL.
- After making the appropriate selection, click PAY NOW to submit the payment and complete the checkout.
- Once the payment is processed successfully, a pop-up window will confirm that the party has been booked and a payment was made.
