IN BRIEF
The Punch Passes Settings control whether Punch Passes can be purchased and/or redeemed through the Customer Portal or Mobile App. These settings define how customers interact with Punch Passes online, including purchase permissions and redemption limits.
Overview
The Punch Passes Settings section allows administrators to determine how customers can purchase and redeem Punch Passes via the Customer Portal and Mobile App.
While these global options control general availability, individual Punch Passes can override them as needed. Administrators can allow or restrict purchase and redemption per pass, giving flexibility for specific program needs.
