Overview
The Customer Portal is a secure, web-based platform where guardians can:
- Log in to manage family accounts and students
- Register for classes, camps, appointments, or parties (if enabled)
- Make payments and review account charges
- Accept and review family and student policies
- View upcoming scheduled events and announcements
Accessing the Customer Portal
Customers can access the Customer Portal by entering the following URL into their web browser: https://portal.iclasspro.com/[account_name]
Note: Replace [account_name] with your unique iClassPro account name.
Landing Page and Dashboard Overview
Upon entering the Customer Portal, customers arrive at the Landing Page. This page cycles through news and announcements, accompanied by background images.
From here, customers can:
- Select "Learn More" to read an announcement in a pop-up window (if News items exist).
- Select "Click to Begin" to proceed to the Dashboard.
Once customers move past the landing page, an optional “Welcome Info” window may appear. After dismissing this window, customers reach the main Dashboard.
Dashboard options include:
- Booking: Find and register for Classes, Camps, Appointments (if enabled), and/or Parties (if enabled).
- .My Account: Manage personal details, student information, and payments.
- News: View announcements (if news items exist).
- ProShop: Purchase products from the online store (if enabled).
- Create Account: Begin the account creation process.
- Log In: Access an existing account.
- Welcome Info: Review welcome information again (optional).
- Find the Right Class: Use a guided process to find suitable classes (optional).
NOTE: Items designated as "Optional" can be disabled in your Customer Portal settings.
Toolbar Shortcuts
The Customer Portal includes a Toolbar at the top of every page, providing quick navigation shortcuts:
- Menu: Access to primary areas like Booking, My Account, and more.
- Booking: Go directly to booking options.
- My Account: Access account details.
- News: View announcements.
- ProShop: Access the online store (if enabled).
- More: Additional options, such as eGift Cards and "Meet the Staff" Page (if enabled).
- Location Details: view Location details and.or switch Locations (for multi-location accounts only).
- Cart: Proceed to checkout for pending enrollments/payments.
Logging Into an Existing Account
Customers with an existing family account should:
- Select Log In.
- At the Are you a current customer? prompt, click Yes.
- Enter their email address and password.
- If needed, reset their password by selecting Forgot Password and following the email verification process.
Customers without existing accounts can create one by choosing the No, create account option. For full information about creating a new account, see our “How Do I Create a New Customer Portal Account?” document.
After logging in successfully, guardians may:
- Be required to accept any outstanding family and student policies.
- Return to the main Dashboard.
Suspended Family Login Behavior
If a family account is suspended, a message stating “There is an issue with your account. Please contact us for further assistance” will be displayed when attempting to log in.
- Suspended accounts cannot proceed into the Dashboard.
- The family must contact the organization directly for assistance.
Managing and Using the Customer Portal Dashboard
Once logged in, families may see notifications about outstanding charges. To handle these:
- Select the notification to go directly to the Payments section and submit payment via credit card or eCheck.
- Alternatively, go to MY ACCOUNT>Payments to apply an existing credit balance.
Additional Dashboard features include:
- Coming Up! – Displays up to 15 scheduled events (classes, camps, appointments) within the next 30 days, including cancellations.

Menu options – additional options are available by clicking on the "Menu" icon (three lines) in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.
- Log Out – Logs the user out of the current iClassPro family account
- Switch Family Accounts – If guardians have access to multiple families, they can switch accounts from the Menu.
- Switch Locations – If multiple Locations exist in the account, families can switch to view offerings at other locations by using the "Switch Location" option.
- Family and Student Policies – Review or manage policies from Menu or More.
- Meet the Staff (if enabled)
- Mobile/Branded App download links (if enabled)
Troubleshooting & FAQs

I entered my account’s Portal URL but cannot access it.
- Confirm you are using the correct account name in the URL. If issues persist, contact the organization directly.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
- Select Forgot Password on the login screen. A verification email will be sent to the email address on file.

Why can’t I log in even though I know my credentials?
- If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in until you contact the organization for assistance.
