Guardians can add students to their family account in the Customer Portal. Each student profile includes required details such as name and date of birth, along with optional health information and student-specific policies. Students must be added before they can be enrolled in classes, camps, or other programs.
Overview
Adding students allows guardians to register children for programs through the Customer Portal. During this process, organizations may require specific student information, health details, or acknowledgment of student-specific policies.
NOTE: Families will always be prompted to add a student profile as soon as their family account is created. The following instructions are for adding a student profile at a later time.
Adding Students
- From the Dashboard, go to My Account.
- Select the option to Add Student.
- Enter required details, which may include:
- Student’s first and last name
- Date of birth
- Gender (if requested)
- If applicable, enter health conditions, allergies, or other notes.
- Review and accept any student-specific policies (such as waivers or consents).
- Save the student profile.
NOTE: The exact information required may vary depending on your organization’s Customer Portal settings.

Can I add more than one student to my family account?
- Yes. Repeat the Add Student process for each additional student.

I cannot complete the student profile because some fields are locked. What should I do?
- Some fields may be required by your organization. Contact them directly if you believe an error is preventing you from saving the profile.

Do I need to accept policies for each student?
- Yes. If your organization has student-specific policies, they must be accepted before completing the student profile.

Can I edit existing student details from the Customer Portal?
- Yes. Simply click the Edit Student button for the student profile you wish to update.
