IN BRIEF
The Student Policy Agreement Report (STU-10) provides a detailed list of students in your database and shows whether each student’s primary guardian has accepted or rejected your Student Policies. The report also indicates when the action occurred and who completed it, helping administrators verify policy compliance across enrollments.
Overview
The Student Policy Agreement Report displays students along with their primary guardian contact information and a status indicating whether Student Policies have been accepted, rejected, or have no recorded action. This report is commonly used to confirm that required policies have been acknowledged before participation.
Each row in the report includes:
- Student name
- Primary guardian name
- Primary phone number
- Policy status for each Student Policy
- Date the policy was accepted or rejected
- Name of the person who completed the action
